Coaching
My approach combines systemic thinkingpsychological depth and practical process support. I support managers and individuals in professional or personal transitions in consciously shaping change, gaining inner clarity in phases of stagnation and remaining capable of acting in challenging situations.
I do not see coaching as a method, but as an attitude in dialogue - attentive, appreciative and at the same time clear in communication. In my coaching sessions, I help people to understand and utilise social dynamics, recognise their inner "drivers" and patterns, resolve conflicts constructively and implement change processes sustainably.
The theoretical basis of my work is the meta-theory of change of the Hephaistos Weiterbildungszentrum München - an integrative approach that combines psychological, systemic and organisational approaches. I assume that people are naturally willing to learn and develop. When change stagnates, it is worth looking at what is currently holding it back.
People in leadership positions who want to reflect on their role and develop their leadership behaviour in a targeted manner .
Leaders in change processes who value healthy and effective leadership.
Individuals who are going through professional or personal transitions and are looking for experienced, reliable support.
A coaching appointment usually lasts around 90 minutes and takes place every two to four weeks, depending on the topic and your needs. The duration and frequency are individually agreed with you and can change over the course of the session: It is often helpful to work at shorter intervals at the beginning and to organise the appointments later with more space in between. The overall length of the coaching process varies greatly - some issues can be resolved in just a few sessions, while others require longer, more in-depth support.
The coaching sessions usually take place in person in my Wiesbaden office - in a bright setting with a calm atmosphere. In addition, I also offer virtual coaching sessions in order to organise the collaboration flexibly. If required, a coaching session can also be held during a walk in the beautiful Nero valley in the neighbourhood.
In coaching, we meet in dialogue at eye level - openly, confidentially and individually. I work with methodical depth and an unbiased interest in your concerns: We talk about thoughts and feelings, include body perceptions as well as cognitive understanding. This creates a space in which development is possible - respectful, trusting and lively.
Systemic approach
The systemic approach looks at people and organisations in the context of their relationships and environment. Changes occur in the interplay of these systems - never in isolation - and the central principles are impartiality, i.e. understanding different perspectives without making hasty judgements, as well as a focus on resources and solutions: the focus is on strengths and what is already working. An attitude of curiosity and not-knowing opens up space for new perspectives and development.
Systemic attitude
Systemic workers approach their clients with genuine curiosity - without ready-made answers, but by exploring patterns, meanings and solutions together. The collaboration is characterised by appreciation, respect and a belief in the good reasons behind every action; people are seen as experts in their own lives - coaching strengthens their self-responsibility and autonomy. Change occurs in a trusting relationship that creates space for new perspectives and development.
